Hello everyone,
This weekend's writing will be another learner journal. This is a chance for you to assess your own progress in the course after the half-term, and think what you need to improve over the second half of term.
Learner Journal:
Please write a paragraph about your progress up until this point in the course. Think about the skills you have learned and how you have progressed since the start of term. How do you feel you have progressed?
What can you do to improve these skills?
Secondly, please write a paragraph reporting on your participation inside and outside of the classroom. Tell me how you feel you participate and interact in the class room, and how you participate and practice your English outside of the classroom. Furthermore, how can this be improved?
Be honest and truly reflect on your skills and progress thus far. This should be an honest and realistic appraisal of your abilities. Next week, we will be having individual progress meetings and I will take into account your ideas from this learner journal during our discussion.
Also, I would like for everyone to upload a photo to the journal of themselves, life at Sussex, or something they would like to share about their experience in the UK and provide a comment about this photo. You can insert an image by clicking on the small picture above next to the link button.
