Weekly writing 3 ------Galen

In present-day society, it is generally believed that tourism is playing an increasingly important role in our lives. So many people like travel when they have free times. The World Tourism Council estimates that travel and tourism provides employment for more than 100 million people world wide and is responsible for over 7% of world wide capital investment. (n.d.). Develop the industry of tourism can get high benefit for this world.
Tourism is a labor intensive industry and creates many job opportunities, especially for young people and part-time and full-time workers. In the tourism hospitality and recreation industries alone there are 50 categories of employment and approximately 200 classifications of occupations. Tourism creates opportunities for the establishment of new products, facilities and services and expansion of existing businesses which would not otherwise be justified solely on the resident population.
For those two opportunities, tourism really can get much benefit with the world, but on the other hand, travel industry also will effect the world environment. The worldwide tourism industry generated an estimated $4.4 trillion in 1998 and poses a serious threat to the environment and the livelihoods of local people. “Jamie Sweeting, manager of Conservation International's Ecotourism Program said their goal is to transform all tourism that relies on nature into a truly positive force to help protect natural areas." (1999).
In the final analysis, to put all into one nutshell, all the evidence lends the strongest support to my persuasive conclusion that develop the tourism industry can get high benefit is the truth, but we who are all the people in this world will think about how to protect the environment and natural areas.

There is too much evidence of plagiarism within this essay.

    For example:

"Tourism is a labor intensive industry and creates many job opportunities, especially for young people and part-time and full-time workers."

is copied from this website without a reference in-text:

Referencing is a way to show you are quoting another piece of writing, and plagiarism is unacceptable in academic writing.

Also, awkward sentence structure in complex sentences makes meaning less clear (ex: in the conclusion).
