stealth:do something very quietly,slowly,they don't want to any other know this.
eg:Cats rely on stealth to catch their prey.

scam:a dishonest plan, usually to get money.
eg:They design everything, it looks like a scam.

sceptical:have doubt or not believe what other person tell you
eg:Many scientists remain skeptiacal about the value of this research program.

    You have an OK summary here but you are missing key points, such as why Talk Talk is doing this, and who they are using to put-pocket. Plus, the purpose of the Talk Talk company is not to put-pocket. They are a mobile phone company. Be careful about vocabulary you choose. Your key words need to reflect all the content words and important ideas of the article.
