    You should never include your opinion when summarizing an article. The article talks about the economy being a reason for put-pocketing, which is a main idea, but then it is not your opinion!!!! You must credit sources when you use their ideas.

    Your summary has most of the main ideas but the point that Talk Talk sends lots of its members to put-pocket is incorrect! Who do they actually use?
