Recently,many things were happened in the world such as global warming and finance crisis,in consequence,saving
energy has became increasingly attractive.In some countries people belive that drying them laundry on a clothesline
will saving energy but bills not allowed people to dry the laundry on a clothesline.So they want to remove Clothesline bans.Others still consider that clothesline should be banned.Personally,I think both these two views have merit and demerit.

Granted,the laws lifting bans erode local property rights and undermine the autonomy private communities.Actually,to dry the laundry outside made people feeling that it as an eyesore.It is not hard to imagine that people were not thrilled with the idea of seeing their neighbors' underwear blowing in the breeze.In addition,hanging laundry draws in all these qusetions about individual rights, private propetry, aesthetics.It is important that some people move
to the community specifically for its strict regulations."these rules are when I look out my window I now see birds,trees and flowers,not laundry"Richard Jacques said.lastly,using the laundry machine to drying the clothes not only waste the electrical energy but also it will not impactful to eliminate bacterial.

However,people who approve laundry outside belive that it saving the energy,make their yard beautiful and the most important is that they contribute for all humans.firstly,some people think sheets dangling in zhe wind are beautiful if they are helping the environment.Indeed,colourful sheets and curtains hunging in the garden to be made people feeling graceful.Secondly,using the "wind energy" for laundry clothes for resources saving should be encouraged. In the last year,some state(The USA) lawmakers have overridden these local rules with legislation
protecting the right to hang laundry outdoors,citing environmental concerns since clothes dryers use at least 6 percent of all household electricity consumption.

To conclude, I concede that laundry outside may saving energy, and take some benefit to human.However, I am convinced that laundry out side made a cummunity mess and it also erode private rights and individual propetry.So,I think clotheslines should be still banned.
