Do we become used to bad news? Would it be better if more good news was discussed on TV and in the media? Discuss.

    Used to bad news was not a bad thing,we can see something more clearly through the bad news!And,bad news should arise our more attention.

    News should told reader the true information,whether bad news or good news just need to tell audiences truth.Bad news make people more alert,good news lead people to be laxative.May be my opinion is indifferent...

    Allways ,bad news promote the people awareness.So bad news not all a bad things .By contrast ,good news make people have a good mood , have a goog atmosphere.In my opinion ,on TV and in the media good news and bad news should be balanced .

    Readers have rights to know the truth about what have happened.It may be a good news or a bad news. If it is a bad news,people would pay more attention ,and think about what they can do and how to deal with,if they faced the same situation.
    So i don't think more good news discussed on TV and in the media that is good for us.

    Good news always effect the good side It can encourage people who learn to be positive,but I think it is so superficial. Although bad news effect more cruel, but it real and can mirror the real happenings in society and finally it a wake-up call for everyone.

    Bad news,sometimes we need to know them from media COS it often reflected the other side what got the information usually is good and we did not know the side-effect.

    I recognize that use bad news to discuss on TV and in the media is better than good news. Firstly, bad news can bring more lessons to us. Those who can draw lessons from bad news are destined for success. Secondly, we can increase some soical experience from bad news. Because we can avoid some mistakes that we haven`t been met. So, this is my ideas.

    Bad news.Because good news always reflect the good side of the society.But people should know another side of the society,and they should have a sense of crisis.

    YES,I consider bad news should be put on the TV or Internet. Always people want to know the reality society.It also can promote government improve the regislation and facilities if that is necessary

    As you say,people should have a sense of crisis.There is not denying that wo need bad news,but I think good news can give people positive impact and absolutely people can see the both sides news on the TV,however bad news should less than good news.

    In my opinion, I perfer to good news are more than bad news.It's so terrible that people open the televison all of news are talking about murder,rebellion,unemployment when they want change the chanel they find it is also talking about negative thing.Good news can make people feel happy.

    OK like you said that I think news also can mislead the teenagers.Take the 7.5 event to example,people who killed han nationality all were mislead by a woman who's name is rebiya.

    Bad news will take negative effect, bad news contain voilence and pornografhic, it will impact teenagers' psychological and physiological, and children easy to believe, so it increase the rate of crime.

    Admittedly, sometimes bad news could bring a lot of negative impact, and possible destroy social order. But useful news which are bad have to publish on the TV or media, because media wanted to make more and more people knowing negative social fact.

    Yes, bad news definitely bring some scare for people,and make some people feel unhappy, but if we all don't know bad news, we possible just can't prevent some bad news. In my opinion, special bad news maybe help people prevent to occur with bad things.

    I am fond of Justin's view. I mean I agree with him. To discuss with the bad news, can help us find worse consequences of the bad news, so that we can prevent more accidents which will happen. On the other hand, if we discused the bad news every day, it would make people depressed. Sometimes discussing with the good news, not only can guide people to positive but also can help us to find some shortcomings of the good news. This would lead us to do better.
